Ruiyee Hospitality guarantees to provide the most favorable room rate available on www.ruiyeehospitality.com, www.swissgrandxiamen.com.cn, www.swissgrandnanchang.com.cn （hereinafter, “Official Website”）for any Ruiyee hotel on the Internet. 

If you book a Swiss Grand hotel through official website and within 24 hours find an equivalent offer on another website for the same hotel with the same room type being offered at a lower rate (excluding local taxes but including booking fees), we will honor the lower rate and give you a further reduction of 10%.

Subject to the following terms and conditions:

To submit a claim, you must call our head office at 0592-5709123 or send an email to query@ruiyeehospitality.com and provide them with the online address of the lower room rate.

You must have a confirmed reservation that is booked online on Official Website and quote such confirmation number when making a claim.

The lower rate must be for the same hotel, room type, number of guests and reservation dates.

The lower rate must be available for booking with the exact matching payment requirements and modification/cancellation policies as the booking made through official website.

Rate disparities solely attributable to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates are excluded from the guarantee.

The rates covered by the Best Rate Guarantee must be accessible to the general public and available for reservation; expressly excluded are:

• Rates available on websites that do not disclose the hotel brand and/or particular hotel until the reservation is completed, such as Priceline and Hotwire.
• Rates granted to Ruiyee partners and their employees
• From May 1st to May 5th , the business hour of Niche Lounge is from 09:00 to 23:00
• Package rates that include air-tickets, meals, travels, car rentals, coupons, or other amenities
• Discount rates that require membership in a club, organization or other group or that are otherwise approved by Ruiyee Hospitality

Ruiyee declines any responsibility regarding any expenses that may arise from canceling a reservation, for all reservations made on any website other than official website.

Ruiyee reserves the right to modify or terminate the Best Rate Guarantee and its terms and conditions of this Guarantee at any time and without prior notice.
